Welcome to Smart Cue!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Smart Cue software. By installing, or using Smart Cue, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Smart Cue.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Smart Cue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Smart Cue for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Smart Cue, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Smart Cue may allow you to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to text, images, and other materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Smart Cue a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit User Content and grant the rights granted herein.

• Use Smart Cue in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Use Smart Cue to transmit or post any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use Smart Cue to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Smart Cue or the servers or networks connected to Smart Cue.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Smart Cue or any other systems or networks connected to Smart Cue.

All intellectual property rights in Smart Cue and its content are owned by Smart Cue or its licensors.

You may not use any trademarks, logos, or service marks displayed on Smart Cue without the prior written consent of Smart Cue or the respective owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Cue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of Smart Cue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Cue, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Smart Cue or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Smart Cue may terminate your access to Smart Cue at any time for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Smart Cue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Smart Cue after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
